At the tender age of 46 I decided to become a stripper.
One of my favorite hobbies is refinishing furniture. I've had his nightstand for seven years, but it won't work in our next house. The weird gray will clash with the carpet, there's a water stain on the top, and I've fallen in love again with a warmer wood look. The base and drawers of the cabinet will be a soft cream and the top will be warm wood. Hand painting all the nooks and crannies has been a frustrating process, but when it's finished it will be light and bright and perfect. Stay tuned for the big reveal.
You Must Put This Inside You!
I finally tried the 2021 Tik Tok Feta Pasta Sensation and it was INCREDIBLE. It's a meatless dish with so much flavor. Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, garlic and feta are drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with fresh ground pepper. Then gently placed into a 400 degree oven where the tomatoes burst and shrivel and combine with the feta into the most amazing sauce. You can add red pepper flakes, spinach, fresh basil, rotisserie chicken and pasta water to thin the luscious sauce. It is heaven in your mouth. This is from a girl who grew up loathing tomatoes, who threw them on her sister's plate when her parents weren't looking.
Get on board, it's delicious. The recipe originated in Finland. Check out the Americanized version here. Next time, I am going to roast a whole head of garlic and mash that into the fray maybe a little parmesan finish, per chance? SO GOOD!

Goliath on Amazon Prime. Billy Bob Thornton. He's hot or cold, but in this role as a flawed Erin Brockovich type character, he's worth a watch. Season one was great. Season four is a little trippy. Jury is still out.

Better Than Before is in the second draft process before I send it to my alphas, and I'm working on the first book in a new dramedy series that doesn't have a name yet. I am also outlining book 2 and 3 of AnaStasia that I will release under the Blair Bryan pen name. So many projects, so little time.
